Nic facilitated a session on assessing and building organizational capacity at the National Network for Justice (NNJ) Southern Strategies Exchange.

NNJ is a membership-led organization established to support and strengthen the work of state-based organizations, including crime survivors, formerly incarcerated leaders, youth, immigration, public health and re-entry service organizations seeking to safely and permanently reduce jail, prison, and detention populations.
