KICK-OFF SESSION
During the kick-off session, we learn more about your grant-making concerns and goals, assess your vision for grant making and your organizational values, and discuss the details and timeline of our engagement.
DILIGENCE COLLECTION & CHECK-INS
We will collect the documents necessary for our assessment of your grant-making practices and policies. Once the diligence process is complete, we will review the documents and materials provided to draft the final Grant-Making Assessment.
ASSESSMENT
We create and finalize our Grant-Making Assessment that contains practical recommendations and road map for having your grant-making processes be reflective of your organizational values.
ASSESSMENT CONVERSATION
We conduct an Assessment Conversation with you to to discuss the assessment in detail and allow you to provide feedback on our findings. Additionally, we will present the options for Implementation and determine the resources you need to move forward. If you would like us to assist with the build out of your grant-making policies and procedures, we can do so as part of your Grant Making Team.
