Isiah Dixon is a graduate of the University of Southern California where he received his B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Spanish. In joining Build Up, he brings his extensive background in sports, nonprofit management, and social impact. Isiah is passionate about supporting marginalized communities and addressing the unique challenges they face.

Most recently, Isiah worked at Nike, where he successfully led efforts to relaunch one of their employee resource groups in Mexico and increase employee community engagement. Isiah also runs his own nonprofit that he founded in January 2016. The foundation is dedicated to supporting families of children battling life-threatening illnesses and was inspired by his own cancer diagnosis and treatment as a teenager.

While at USC, Isiah discovered his love for traveling through his three study abroad experiences. In his free time, he enjoys exploring new cuisines, cheering on his New York Giants, and discovering new media.
